Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused, with all original packaging and accessories included

  • Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification

For returns related to functional or quality issues, we require photo or video evidence to help us evaluate the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Digital products, redeemed game codes, or activated subscriptions

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or have verified functional issues.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are not available for personal preference reasons (e.g. changed mind, accidental order, or compatibility expectations)

If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue

  2. If applicable, provide photos or videos to help verify the problem

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

  4. Send the item back following the provided instructions

  5. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Bank or card processing times may vary and are outside our control

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

  • Quality or functional issues:
    We will cover the return shipping cost

  • Non-quality-related returns (e.g. dislike, wrong purchase):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Subscription Products

  • Subscription products (including game subscriptions) are non-refundable once activated

  • If a subscription has not been activated, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance

  • Subscription billing and renewal are governed by our Subscription Policy
