1. Where We Ship

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Orders are currently processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed and/or shipped on the next business day.
Shipping times depend on your location, order time, and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: typically 2–8 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
3. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available on all HUUCH product purchases.
4. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us via email:📩 hello@huuch.fun within 2 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this time may not be accommodated.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. HUUCH is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
5. Keep Track of Your Package
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

6. Customs & Duties
In most cases, orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse with no additional customs duties. If shipping from our China warehouse is required and duties may apply, we will notify you in advance for confirmation before dispatch.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may be automatically canceled and refunded.
8. Delays
While we aim to ship your HUUCH Box experience promptly, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

9. Delivery Issues

10. Important Information
The logistics information above does not apply to pre-order items.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address and the package is returned by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This includes both the carrier return caused by the undeliverable address and any non-quality-related return.
