Warranty
1. LIMITED WARRANTY
HUUCH warrants to the original end-user purchaser that this hardware product and any accessories contained in the original packaging (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
Please note that HUUCH's warranty policies are based on the laws and regulations of the countries or regions where customers purchase the products. Therefore, the warranty policies may vary in different areas.
HUUCH is committed to provide customers who purchased the products from HUUCH with warranty service for a duration of 1 year from the day the package is delivered.
The HUUCH warranty policy is effective only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If you have purchased a second-hand product or a product resold to you by another user, it is not covered under the HUUCH warranty policy.
2. REMEDY
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, HUUCH will, at its sole option and to the extent permitted by law, either:

repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
-
exchange the Product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent to the original Product.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product.
3. LIMITATIONS
This limited warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for HUUCH. This warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;

Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by HUUCH;

Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of HUUCH;

Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or opening of the product (including any attempt to break the factory seal);

A Product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of HUUCH;
-
Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

Products where the serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered.
4. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To obtain warranty service, you must contact our Customer Support Team at hello@huuch.fun to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)，and HUUCH will cover the logistics costs incurred after the sale. You will be required to provide:

Your name and contact information;

Proof of purchase ;

A detailed description of the defect.
You are responsible for delivering the product to the address specified by HUUCH in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. HUUCH shall not be held liable for any Product lost or damaged during transit, particularly in instances where the Product is returned without prior written authorization from HUUCH. Please be advised that the after-sales service process may result in the loss of data stored on the Product.
5. DISCLAIMER
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.
In no event shall HUUCH be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, even if HUUCH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
