Returns & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Cancellation
For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to HUUCH’s instructions regarding specific pre-order products .
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and the order is unshipped, no fees will be charged.
If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order and the order is unshipped, we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (transaction fees vary by platform, please refer to the sheet below).
If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to apply for a return and refund after receiving the product.

*Please note that once an order has been shipped, shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, the refund amount will be calculated based on the product price only, excluding any shipping charges. Additionally, the refund processing fee will be applied only to the refundable product amount, not the total order amount.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be unused, with all original packaging and accessories included

Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification
For returns related to functional or quality issues, we require photo or video evidence to help us evaluate the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products missing original packaging or accessories

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Digital products, redeemed game codes, or activated subscriptions
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or have verified functional issues.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges are not available for personal preference reasons (e.g. changed mind, accidental order, or compatibility expectations)
If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.
5. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue

If applicable, provide photos or videos to help verify the problem

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

Send the item back following the provided instructions

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
Please ensure returns are approved by our customer service team in advance; otherwise, HUUCH cannot cover any costs related to unauthorized returns.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

Quality or functional issues: We will cover the return shipping cost

Non-quality-related returns (e.g. dislike, wrong purchase):Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and transaction fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Subscription Products

Subscription products (including game subscriptions) are non-refundable once activated

If a subscription has not been activated, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance
