What age is HUUCH Box best for?
HUUCH Box is best for kids aged 6–12, especially school-age kids who enjoy active games, challenges, and family competition.
We also offer games designed for younger kids, while older kids and parents can join in for more competitive sports, racing, reaction, and score-based challenges.
How much space do I need to play?
You only need a 2 x 2 m / 6.56 x 6.56 ft space to get started. Recommended play space:

Does HUUCH Box record video during gameplay?
No. HUUCH Box does not record or store video during gameplay.
HUUCH uses motion tracking to detect body movement, not to record your family or your home. During gameplay, the system only uses skeletal tracking points required for motion recognition. For extra peace of mind, HUUCH Box also includes a magnetic lens cover, and the camera is fully disabled when the device is powered off.

How does HUUCH keep kids safe during gameplay?
HUUCH Box is designed for active indoor play, with moderate movement and space guidance built in.
Before playing, please clear the play area and keep small pets away from the space. For longer sessions, we recommend taking a 10–15 minute break every hour. Some games may include flashing visuals. Please stop playing immediately if anyone feels discomfort.
Children cannot make purchases directly on HUUCH Box. All payments are managed through a mobile device.
Can I return HUUCH after my family tries it?
Yes — HUUCH comes with a 30-Day Play-at-Home Trial.
Try HUUCH with your family. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days — even after your family has played.
Please return the device with all original accessories and packaging when possible.
Do I need internet to play?
An internet connection is required for first-time setup, system updates, new game downloads, and leaderboard sync. Once your games are downloaded, core gameplay can run offline without an internet connection.

How do I set up HUUCH Box?
1. Connect HUUCH Box to your TV with the included HDMI cable, then switch your TV to the correct HDMI input.
2. Connect the included USB-C power cable to HUUCH Box and plug it into a power outlet. Please use the original cable.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete first-time setup. A Wi-Fi or wired internet connection is required for first-time setup.
4. After setup, the 6 free games will download automatically. Once downloaded, you can open unlocked games and start playing.
To unlock more games, open account management from the top-left corner of the home screen, scan the QR code, and purchase HUUCH Game Pass.
How do I register and start HUUCH Game Pass?
Open account management from the top-left corner of the HUUCH Box home screen, then scan the QR code with your mobile phone. Follow the prompts to create or log in to your account.
After logging in, you can select and purchase a Game Pass plan. Once payment is complete, subscribed content will be unlocked.
How do I cancel Game Pass auto-renewal?
What if I forget my login information?
Click "Reset Password" on the login screen.
A verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your account. After verification, follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password.
You can find the login screen by opening account management from the top-left corner of the HUUCH Box home screen and scanning the QR code.
If you still need help, please contact customer support. Your subscription will not be affected by account recovery.
